LEGO 6897 Rebel Hunter is a Space Police II set released in 1992, containing 140 pieces and 2 minifigures. It builds a patrol spaceship with a central modular jail cell transporting a Blacktron prisoner, with a Space Police officer at the controls. The cell sits in the center section and can be released by folding the surrounding frame outward, allowing it to be removed or dropped. When the cell is removed, the cockpit and aft section close together; the mechanism is similar to that in 6957 Solar Snooper. In the United Kingdom it was marketed as Space Police Prisoner Patrol, and it is the third-largest Space Police II set.
